Purple Onion


Day 23 in the 30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge. Watercolor, 6"x6". Yikes, I really need practice on watercolor shadows. They're so much easier to do in oil. This poor onion is past its prime, but the green sprouts look so nice on it!
